I’m a Teaching Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Computing and Information. My work is motivated by curiosity about people and their recordkeeping practices, and a desire to share that curiosity with others. My approaches are slow, collaborative, and interdisciplinary. Currently, you might find me: teaching courses on archives and records management in Pitt’s Master of Library and Information Sciences program. learning about the work of community archivists and memory workers in Pittsburgh. co-facilitating workshops on Art + Data and considering the interpretive nature of data work and the possibilities that arise when we use unexpected materials.
